Professionally built in Zimbabwe as 1 of 6 identical hulls, this Hartley Fijian is one foot longer than the original 43 foot designed mast head sloop. Jobey Doh was built up to a standard, not down to a price. Unlike most ferro boats that are built with plywood decks, Jobey Doh is a true monocoque construction professionally laid in a single session; keel, hull and deck altogether, and then cured under wet hessian sacks for 3 months. Inside she presents in very good condition with African Mahogany throughout.

She has 7 berths, 1 head, and a shower over a half bath. Her galley is all electric with microwave/convection/grill, frypan, kettle, BBQ, and the 240v domestic refrigeration able to be run from the Northern Lights genset or the inverter via a new lithium bank of 330 A/H.

She is powered by an Isuzu BG1 professionally marinised by Diecon Aust. Her machinery has just been serviced and is in good condition.

Four stainless steel Anderson winches make light work of sail handling. An electric anchor winch and autopilot makes this an easy boat to own. She has been maintained to the highest standard by a Marine Engineer and Diesel Mechanic. Everything works!

We have documents and pictures that cover her build, fitout, machinery and circumnavigation before arriving in Australia. Jobey Doh is an old heavy ferro cement boat: she will not be everyone's cup of tea but you will never see a "Gentleman's cruiser" with this quality of hand crafted features built today at any price. Her timber and maciney alone exceed her list price.

Please, no Ferro haters or Dreamers. Only genuine inquires from real sailors that know what owning a classic yacht means. Sadly, we just don't use her anymore and she's ready to go on another big adventure.
