Situated on Lake Macquarie currently live aboard former AMSA approved sailing school 4 + 1 (including o/n)
In a very clutered situation as I have outlived my ability to look after the cosmetics (I don't own a feather duster) and I only have a small 12v vacuum cleaner. So as is where is I will just be removing personal items. All major maintenace doen and up to date. Last haulout 2024 and last diver 4 months ago. Minor paint touch up required and some handyman work on sponson and bowspit walk. New, never used main, good headsail very fair inner headsail, good mizzen. New rigging (commercial rigger) 12 years and running rigging replaced as required, mostly new. Double V berth, 2nd cabin with double and 2 singles. Comfortable salon with galley gas stove dual zone new fridge/freezer 1000L water 120L fuel. 1250hr 85 H. P, Nissan diesel 240 amp house batteries 2 x 12 v start batteries all connected to solar. 1000W inverter + generator/inverter to battery charger.
I used this as a sailing school in AMSA 2D for 4 students 1 instructor (still in survey) I am almost 80 years old and can no longer keep up maintenance and cleaning so elbow grese and minor jobs required. It's a boat always jobs. Can swap for same value campervan with small cash adjustment.
