Holland 43 was built in Auckland NZ and won the Melbourne Osaka two-handed race in 1987. Has competed in the Sydney Hobart Yacht Race, and many East Coast races. Has a Balsa Core hull construction, and a Divinycell core sandwich deck. Displaces 20,000lbs, and has a 46% lead ballast ratio. A triple spreader tapered mast, Dyform rigging, two cockpits, a fully battened main, Navtec Hydraulics, a master shipwright-built teak interior, four-burner gas stove and oven, three hot and cold showers (one on deck), two heads, refrigeration, and has a large sail wardrobe, all in working condition. The teak deck needs removing and she needs a new Volvo diesel, etc. This is an exceptional ocean-going proven yacht with Great Big Bones in need of a coat of paint and some TLC, some new fixed and opening ports and hatches.
