Mast / Rigging
Standing rigging new 2017, mast removed for Ronstan batt car system, rewiring, wind, masthead tri and new furler fitting restepping 2022 by highly regarded Brisbane riggers. Single line reefing refined and many sheaves and running rigging replaced 2022. This rig has a backstay. A preventer is rigged via blocks on the toerail, it has worked well for me.
Deck Gear
Self tailing winches in cockpit, one electric which I only really use for the main on a heavy day. The davits are handy and can be used to carry the dinghy while using the hydrovane on passage, swim ladder
Remarks
I have sailed this boat single handed quite easily through some challenging conditions as far as NZ, Fiji, New Caledonia, Qld and south coast. This boat sailed here from Florida USA by previous owner. It handles beautifully in close quarters such as a marina or various fuel docks I've been to. It a great boat to live on at anchor and has a safe cockpit at sea, it has 16 opening hatches all screened, and excellent light inside
