You could be sailing in the twilight's next week and sleep onboard overnight. I stayed overnight in April 26, rafting up with 3 other boats - great fun.
It's time I sold it. I want a boat with a hot water shower and a TV so I can stay overnight more often.
I have very much enjoyed sailing this boat since 2019 including twilight races in Gosford and then on Lake Macquarie, with a few handycap podiums along the way. Its not a line houners boat as the larger and newer boats are faster, but it is good fun.
Prior to that the boat had one owner since new, who had a house on Sydney Harbour with the boat on the jetty at the bottom of the garden - so no expense spared during that time. They set it up for two adults up front and four kids in the middle and back - I have removed the bunk bed and table, but its all in my garage for you.
I won't be accepting silly offers as I think it is worth $12 to $14k, however there may be a bit of a deal to be done, such as delivery to Sydney or Pitt Water or use of the existing mooring for a while or the deflatable and the tinny and perhaps the outboard for the tinny or something?
Cat 7 Audit current to March 26.
Currently has comprehensive insurance till April 2027 following an Insurance Risk Evaluation inspection report April 2024. Obviously you need to organise your own insurance.
Rigging replaced in 2019.
Volvo Penta 14hp diesel inboard motor. Both batteries were recently replaced and it has almost always started first time, every time.
Working toilet, with running water to vanity and sink.
Excellent blue and white striped cushions - good for overnight stays.
Interior timber panelling is showing its age and dampness in places.
Has a nice blue spinnaker, with a pole, sheets and blocks ready to fly.
The jib has been repaired and is functional.
The main has lazy jacks and a sail cover..
Slipped in April 2024 for PropSpeed and antifoul. I have a regular diver who helps a lot but he indicated that it is due to redone.
Not included in this price but: a small inflatable boat is available; a tinny and an outboard may also be available.
Currently moored at the southern end of Lake Macquarie - you may be able to continue to use it for a short time?
Diver cleaned under the waterline in Dec 25 and March 26 - condition reports with photos are available.
