We are reluctantly selling our cherished Yacht "Scallywag" as we are retiring from sailing.
Scallywag is in fantasic condition, ready to go, can be sailed single handed or raced with 2 -4 persons. With full factory manuals / books.
Extemely well appointed and upgraded in cecent times she has all the essentials and some really nice extras to make sailing her an effortless and enjoyable experience with a spacious cockpit and a very sea-kindly manner, she also has a decent turn of speed achievable.
A brief overview is described here with a sample of photos (many more available upon request)

IE. 2 x Lge Dble cabins (queen size with standing headroom in each cabin), 1 x head with separate enclosed vanity basin and cabinet + separate shower plus vanity basin in fwd cabin dble V berth. Full berth length stowage on port aft plus large under cockpit seats fwd of each helm plus stowage included under each Helm seat.
Internally the boat is extremely spacious and has an airy light filled feel with multple opening hatches in each cabin allowing directional cross ventilation regardless of the boats moored position or sailing attitude. Full real timber trimmed interior with Teak and Holley inlaid flat floorboards to all cabins and curtains / blockout blinds to all windows. With Jeaneau cream leather upolstery to the main cabin seating and all beds done in top premium Jeaneau cloth fabric scotch guarded. These trims give this yacht a look that is richer and larger / lighter than most with an elegant and inviting look, it is pleaseure to see from a more traditional point of view.
Note: all trims on benches and cupboards are round edged taking away that "flat pack IKEA look" that can be very damaging in a sea.

Layout is attached in photos IE: main saloon cabin, to STB= L shaped galley with extra large fridge/freezer, S/S DBL Bowl Sink and flick mixer with S/S drain board and laminate bench sink infills, gimballed 2 burner stove with griller and oven (hardly used) and loads of cupboard stowage including cutlery and utensil underbench draws and bin. U shaped saloon lounge / dining area that seats 6 with colapsable table for extra berth. Port side in main cabin has a forward facing Navigation table and seat with stowage under both and the full compliment of instruments, circuit breakers to all lights, charging appliances 12V and 240V and nav instruments etc. Opposite the STB U shaped lounge is a long sette with a central small drinks table which when the lid is lifted reveals a full bar cabinet with bottle dividers / glasses and allows for seating either side facing the main table. This seating layout allows unecumbered passage through the main cabin from companionway steps to the fwd dbl V berth in the forward cabin and has full head height all the way.
The FWD cabin also has its own vanity sink and hanging lockers as well as stowage underneath and the 1st of the two water tanks.
The shower and toilet are accessed via the port side of the companionway steps and have a fully enclosed wet area shower with the fully electric flush toilet located under a lifting seat in the large shower, it keeps the seat and the adjacent vanity unit dry even after a shower.
A large waterproof door is in the aft bulkhead section of the shower and reveals a single berth size stowage area the leads back to the port helm for service access. Acabinet for spares and tools is located here with pull out latched drawers.
Note, Internal lighting is achieved via LED downlights throughout the boat, either individually switched in cabins and concealed mood lighting / reading lamps with additional dual switching in main traffic areas fwd or aft allowing dual switch on or off as you make your way fwd or aft at night. Timber grab holds are built in the bench rails with nearly all the furnature throughout the boat.
STB aft of the comanionway steps accesses the very large DBL rear cabin. It is possible th have a full size double layout either athwart ships or fwd and aft, eitherway queen size is achieved with full standing headroom near the door for changing and 2 x opening hatches to allow afresh air flow (Both hatches can be opened under the cover of the spray dodger and Bimini set up to prevent rain ingress).
Electrical : Full switching for lights, bilge pump etc are at Nav station for VHF Radio, separate battery performance and condition guage as well as a map table that opens up.
The engine is located under the compannionway steps and folds forward for access as well as side panels in the cabin can be removed.
Winch circuit breaker trip switch, windlass and battery pole switching is located in the SBD aft cabin mounted on the engine wall bulkhead.
