The Young 40 design originally featured a flared hull with the provision for water ballast, however this Mark 5 version provides excellent performance, with a more rating friendly design, and excellent internal space for cruising in comfort. Built by a professional carpenter, using quality West System Epoxy and a composite construction, this vessel presents in excellent condition throughout. The builder also added additional stiffeners to the hull, ideal for Tasmanian conditions.
