She is 28ft (8.5m) with a fin keel draft of about 1.5m & semi-balanced rudder with wheel steering (Not Tiller)

twin spreader continuous masthead rig and furling headsail 10m deck-stepped alloy mast. Sails are @ about 60%

Coursemaster cm400 hydraulic autopilot uses a flux gate compass to keep its course and a Hydrive ram attached to the quadrant for a very capable little system

3 Anchors onboard my daily anchor is a very overkill Rocna 15 with a 1.3-ton 3-way swivel attached to 60m of PWB short link Gal chain, spare anchors are a fairly decent sized Sarca No. 3 & Reef pick as well as a danforth.

760w of new solar on the back Bimini act as shade and create enough juice to charge the 380ah of lead acid batteries that run the 80L Fridge freezer (double bin)

Double burner gas stove & Oven onboard.

600w pure sine wave inverter can run all your sensitive electronics such as phones laptops cameras tv, etc

CONS
patches of osmosis there a a few 50 cent sized patches of osmosis around the boat
No mast head light or steaming light installed (Wire for steaming light installed)
broken traveller turning block (2 bolt fix)
companionway hatch woodwork and the grab rails are rotting
V Berth hatch should be replaced
backstay should be adjusted or replaced with Dyneemar
bilge pump duckbill (one way valve) is new but crap so I'd put another one
port lights (Windows) need to be resealed (leaks a little when it rains)
