Mangrove Jack Motorsailer

Blue Parrot is a good example of the ever popular Mangrove Jack motor sailer. You will not find a roomier 28 foot sailing boat. It has 2 bunks in the forward cabin, 2 double quarter berths aft and 2 single berths in the saloon that will sleep 8 in total. The forward and aft berths have near new custom made inner spring mattresses that have not been slept on still in their original plastic wrapping. It has a 12v in-mast furling main operated from the cockpit and a furling genoa. Auxiilary power is provided by a 30hp Yamaha 30hp shaft drive marine diesel swinging a a 3 blade fixed pitch propellor. The vessel underwent an extensive refit in 2020. Items installed at that time include a new genoa, Raymarine chart plotter, auto pilot, depth sounder, hot water system, Roden stove/oven, 75 litre portable fridge freezer. New standing rigging was installed in April 2022. It was until the 23rd of January 2023 in 1E, 4D and 4E survey (Certificate of Operation). Intending purchasers should make their own enquiries to find out if the vessel can be brought back into survey if the intention is to use the boat commercially. It would also make an ideal liveaboard that has ample dry goods storage or as a coastal cruiser. It comes with a rib and 2.3hp outboard motor. A Polycraft tender is also for sale separately.
