This Martzcraft 35ft ('Perserverence') is a proven ocean going, three quarter keel cruising liveaboard. The vessel has cruised Melbourne to Airlie Beach twice.
The Martzcraft brand are a very well regarded Australian production boat and a capable offshore cruiser for couples and families.
This Martzcraft 35 Centre-Cockpit was constructed in 1986 and has been regularly serviced and maintained by her particular owners, and has a light and spacious interior with saloon featuring crafted timberwork and trim. This vessel has good headroom throughout the entire boat. There is plenty of storage under the v-berth, saloon lounges, headboards, pantry and the navigation station.
Her aft cabin is also light and spacious again with lovely crafted timber providing plenty of stowage space in cupboards and under the bed. 'Perservence' provides accommodation for 5 adults and one child in total.
The galley runs aft on the starboard side and features a three burner stove with grill and oven, a fridge and freezer are located next to the galley in the companionway to the aft cabin. A small microwave is installed.
Along the port side of the vessel, the bathroom features a toilet and a full-size standing shower with pressurised hot and cold water (new heater exchanger fitted to the motor in 2020.
Sails are in good condition and comprise 2 X main, 2 X No1,1 X No2,1 X No3,1 X storm jib and 1 X spinnaker.
She can carry 200L of water in a hull tank.
She is powered by a HP Yanmar 3YM with 44 hours of use and a diesel fuel tank of 70 litres
This Martzcraft had a complete set of electronics including Raymarine autopilot, wind, depth and speed instruments, Furuno Radar, and AIS.
The vessel is wired for 240 volt and also has a solar panel (230 watt) and a wind generator fitted. A 3000W inverter also assists in power management.
Primary anchoring via a Sarca 22kg anchor, plus 60m of 8mm short link chain, Back up anchoring via a CQR with 60m of 8mm short link chain.
***** Outstanding maintenance involves replacement of the anchor motor/gear box and service of the furling headsail.
