Cosmetically, she isn't perfect - the hull sides have scratches from the previous owner bringing his tinnie alongside - the same with the transom.
The timber work could use a varnish as well.
I was planning on slipping her around May to redo the bottom paint and replace engine mounts - the bottom is fairly clean as she gets used often and I clean the hull.
"Morradoo" has been an excellent vessel that I've sailed extensively over the last few years, with the most recent trip over 6 weeks from Cairns up to Lizard and the Howick Islands. I've also sailed her out to the Flinders Reefs in the Coral Sea, which are 150nm offshore.
I've been in some less than ideal conditions with her and always felt safe. She is easily sailed single handed and would be excellent for those looking to get into sailing. Her sea keeping abilities, predictability and simplicity make for stress free sailing.
Morradoo is berthed in Cairns for viewing.
