Your adventure begins in Tasmania with this 48 foot ketch, Dream Catcher. She is solidly constructed and designed well, making a very comfortable liveaboard as well as a sea worthy sailing yacht: perfect for safe voyages - proven with ocean miles. There's room for everyone and with a comfortable cockpit, you and your family/crew/guests are completely protected from the elements throughout the year.

The vessel is designed for comfort and safety:
- A deep keel makes for safe comfortable passages and a stable sailing experience that is kind to your crew.
- The hard dodger gives a large solid shelter and flexibly arranged shades and roll down clears, makes the cockpit practical, bright and comfortable for both sailing and living, protecting from the elements throughout the year, whatever the weather.
- With over 6ft 2" head room and spacious living, storage and floor area, living aboard is easy and comfortable (there is even room for stretching/dancing/yoga!).
- The galley is effectively designed with a large fridge, Force 10,4xburner stove, double sink and great storage
- A separate engine room/workshop area makes maintaining the yacht easier
- The large, luxurious main cabin with king bed and ensuite head
- A private forward cabin has a double bed, desk and adjacent head with shower.
- Salon sits six to eight at table (and converts to a small double berth) and there is an additional extra long settee/berth
- Two can even sleep in the cockpit to enjoy summer nights
- A total of nine can sleep aboard!

The vessel is equipped with highest quality fittings and many spares.
Recent upgrades include:
- New Perkins starter motor
- Wallas diesel heater
- Isotemp hot water heater
- House battery bank (Century AGM 4 X 270AH)
- Sarca Excel Anchor. You can trust your family/crew will be well cared for and protected.

Aurora Gemini RIB with 9hp 4 stroke outboard on rear SS davits.

Admittedly Dream Catcher would benefit from cosmetic uplift upgrades and as such she provides an opportunity for a solid economical investment while launching you the freedom to enjoy your cottage on the sea as you add your finishing touches and prepare for wonderful adventures.
