Mottle 820 Just Listed

The price has been significantly reduced for an immediate sale and is valid only until 14 February. If you're looking for a great boat to get out on the water now and enjoy the rest of the summer this is it ~ and it's a steal

I have looked around all the sites and this is the only boat I can see at this price that has been recently anti-fouled, surveyed with the engine serviced at the time (28/08/24).

Nanni 11hp engine has been recently service and runs like a dream (see video).

The mooring at Drummoyne has been recently installed and all RMS fees have been paid to July 2025 - if you wish to take over the mooring I am open to a discussion about negotiating a transfer.
