Major refit - Supurb example of this model New engine in 2020 New teak deck in Call Seller Nautors Swan 40 designed by German Frers. This is a stunning yacht known for its high build quality and exceptional sailing abilty. With just 3 previous owners, the vendor purchased the boat in 2018 and extensively refitted and upgraded the yacht to the highest standards and has maintained the yacht since.

2019 Refit highlights: New teak deck, new rigging, new running rigging, new sails, new carbon bowsprit for code 0 and genaker, new water maker, new propeller and shaft, new bateries, new raymarine electronics, new bimini (structure and sunbrella) and spray hoods, new methacrylate not top side hatches, new mirrors and  the mast, transom and touch ups where painted. In 2020 the engine was changed (Yanmar 4JH57) and it only has around 500 hours.

Owner's comments: She has done a considerable amount of miles in my ownership, Summers in the mediterranean and Winters in canary islands, and in Winter 2022 Olivia crossed the Atlantic and currently is in the south Caribbean. So we can say that the boat has been tested and she is more than ready to go around the world and race competitively.
