With its old world charm, stunning lines, and excellent performance, North Sea 31 is sure to impress! Build out of Huon Pine over Celery Top Ribs by Tasmanian Master Shipwright Geoff Cuthbertson, its strength is second to none. This vessel has been very much loved through out its life and has competed in hundreds of long distance and twilight races with the Kettering Yacht Club. It has also been a regular participant in the Australian Wooden Boat Festivals and is always a head turner with its classic appeal. The current owner has continued to maintain and improve the vessel to a high standard and has recently complete rewired the vessel including new switchboard, isolators, new solar regulator, and new engine start battery. Whether you want to cruise in style with family and friends, or join the fun of social racing, this is a vessel that does it all in style!

Stepping inside, the charming traditional timber fit out is warm and welcoming. This vessel also boasts 6ft plus headroom in the saloon, and has a spacious feel. There is a stunning timber folding leaf dinette with seating for 6 in comfort on the neatly upholstered settees. The galley is to port and features a 2 burner gas stove with oven, stainless steel sink with fresh water, and large icebox. The main accommodation is forward with a generous double berth, and there are two additional settee berths available when required. The package is complete with private bathroom with electric toilet and vanity.

On deck the cockpit is well appointed with a full set of comfortable and waterproof cushions, ideal for relaxing at anchor or underway. The vessel is easily managed shorthanded with the Raymarine tiller pilot, furling headsail, and mainsail in a boom bag with lazy jacks. There is excellent access around the wide side decks, and forward is a manual anchor winch.

This vessel is powered by a well maintained 47HP Perkins Diesel engine which provides easy cruising at 5 to 6 knots in any conditions.

This vessel really is something special, and would suit anyone looking for a great all rounder. Perfect for weekends away, and social racing, all in a very well maintained and attractive package. For more information please call Jo Breen on 0432031100 or John Radonic on 0459322862.
