Northshore 27's don't come much finer than this one.
The Yanmar engine was extensively overhauled in 2021 and presents immaculately with known low engine running hours and has been serviced meticulously throughout its life.
This yacht has been pampered by her current owner in every respect. Recent upgrades include 2022 standing and running rigging, furlex furler, sails have been serviced by Hood in 2021, electronics all renewed in 2022, wind depth, speed, new canvas for the lazy bag 2022, winch covers, tiller cover, spray dodger with new clears, new polycarbonate windows and all new deck hatches.
A great success story for designer Hank Kaufman and Australian builder North Shore Yachts was the Northshore 27. This one is amongst the last to have been built and presents in pristine condition.
This particular boat is a great example of the popular club racer and family cruiser with sleek hull lines and good volume down below.
With her fully enclosed head, fold away saloon table, full size 2022 cockpit cushions, Methylated Spirits stove and ice box, solar panel for battery management, she is a great family getaway or club racer with a few mates in the large cockpit.
She is simple to handle by one or two with all control lines leading back to the cockpit, self-furling headsail for easy reefing and boom bag with lazy jacks. A new retractable stainless steel swim ladder hangs off the transom for easy water access.
