Overall this yacht is in excellent condition for her age and an inspection will not disappoint. Not a cent needs to be spent just enjoy.

Slipped for annuals polish and new antifoul August 2024.
All controls to cockpit with the main in a bag with lazy jacks.
Main in good condition
2 other headsails onboard.
1 spinnaker in excellent condition.
Fairly extensive maintenance log.
Interior woodwork original but in great condition. Near new upholstery with new cushions. Very clean and tidy.
We have enjoyed 12 years of fun adventures and treasured memories aboard this boat and we hope she brings the same joy to the next owners!
As i have no need for the mooring anymore and there's currently no waitlist in Bayview im including the mooring and all equipment.
