Northshore 38

1989 Northshore 38 Limited Edition Twin Cabin. I am the second owner and have had the boat for 3 years. First owner bought the boat brand new at the Sydney Boat Show in 1989. It was kept on Rushcutters Bay all it's life and raced in Sydney club races. Boat is in original order and great condition. I sailed the boat to Port Stephens in February 2022. Motor is original with no hours. Regularliy serviced. Starts first go and runs great. I have put 140lt of diesel through her in 3 years. New Rolly Tasker sail bag with lazy jacks. Twin track forstay (no furler). New B and G depth, speed and wind instruments. New starter battery, new 125A Enerdrive Lithium house battery, 40A DC2DC + 40A AC with ePro+ Monitor Charger Pack.

Will haul out early this year to renew anti foul, service mast, mast lights and wind intrument, and remove rudder post for greasing.

Will pass any survey. I can provide the last 2 survey reprots for you. Standing rigging due to be replace in 2027 (10 years). In great condition.

The boat will continue to be berthed at Nelson Bay D'Albora Marina until sold.
