BOUNTY CHILD is a modern interpretation of the classic Michael Pocock design 'Blackjack'. She is a fast blue water sailing yacht designed by eminent and recently deceased Commodore of the Ocean Cruising Club and sailed by famous professional ocean racing yachtsman John Quinn, for family cruising.

Australian Registered BOUNTY CHILD has been extensively blue water cruised. The yacht has been based on the East Coast of Australia and undertaken many voyages that includes many visits to Tasmania (and participating in the Hobart Wooden Boat festival on three occasions), multiple South Western Pacific trips visiting Fiji, Vanuatu and New Caledonia, a circumnavigation of Australia, to New Zealand and through Indonesia to Bali and return via Darwin to Cairns.
