The engine is running, the boat has been recently lived on and used, but has not left the pen for a while, and is due for a bottom clean and antifoul. The owner has recently departed, and she is in care, and the owner was living on her, so she is in move on board condition. She has a comfortable v berth, but the current owner chooses the option of making the saloon seat into a double berth.
