Swanson 32 Just Listed

Regretfully selling my 1980 (approx) Swanson 32 yacht.
I have had the yacht for over 20yrs, restoring it to immaculate condition. The boat is ready to go, weekends away or coastal cruising. In the 20 years I have replaced or serviced every system from bow to stern.

Late last year I had the top sides professionally repainted and the bottom ani fouled. The through hull fitting were also replaced. The Epirb was also replaced.

New exhaused system compleatly replaced from the back of the engine. New exhaust elbow, pipe, wetbox, and even the outlet thoough the hull.

In 2015 the mast was taken down, rewired with LED navogation lights and new rigging. Two years ago the anchor chain was repaced, and a new middle hatch fitted.

In addition since owning the boat i have replaced:
Installed Shore power
New custom bow roller
New headsail furler
New anchore winch/chain/anchor
Steering pedestal serviced
New Targa bar with solar pannels and integrated BBQ
All navigation and interior lights converted to LED

The boat has been rewired with dual batteries installed.
New refrigeration system, turning the ice box into a fridge/freezer.
Bilge pump replaced.
Pump out toilet removed and replace with chemical toilet.
Gas stove taken out and replace with meto stove with 2 burners and a grill. Most cooking is done on the Magma BBQ on the stern.
Rear swimming ladder replaced.
Yanmar engine is original but regularly serviced and runs perfectly.

Boat is located in Lake Macquarie, but is easily ready for a short trip to Sydney.
