There have only been Norwegian owners of the boat and it has never chartered. A married couple bought the boat new, and we bought the boat in 2020. Due to health reasons we cannot keep the boat.

It's a newly overhauled Yanmar 48 hp and sail drive. Originally it says Volvo Penta 28 hp. Everything from diaphragms, gaskets, hoses etc. Is new. The diesel tank has been cleaned and is like new. The engine had run about 3400 hours when full overhaul was done. It has passed about 200 hours after this. Everything from heat exchangers, pumps, turbo etc. Is new.

It is very easy to fly to Langkawi via Kuala Lumpur. 5 minutes from Langkawi airport to the Jetty (speed boat) which takes 6-7 minutes to Rebak Island Marina Resort, which is a private island with full service marina and five-star resort. Here you can get absolutely everything done on a boat at prices you can only dream of in Norway/Europe.

The boat has a large aft double cabin which tucks in under the cockpit, and has plenty of storage and room. There is easy access to the engine. Currently, on the Starboard side saloon area there is a unique installation of a full sized electric keyboard. The new owner may find this a positive and beneficial installation, otherwise the area can be easily renovated back to her original saloon seating and a table. Forward is the V berth and the head. The boat is very roomy and beamy, and has a fabulous sunken and safe cockpit, where you can easily short hand sail from. There is the option to place some boards over the cockpit area to make (another) unique seating area on a flush platform, when you are on long term anchorages, or in marina. The Transom has a swim platform, with a folding ladder for easy access.

The boat has sailed many sea miles and for many years which wears on any boat. But the previous owners have carried out ongoing maintenance of important parts of the boat:

The entire area around the keel is heavily reinforced, both externally and internally at a good professional shipyard in New Zealand.

The rudder stem was changed based on exact drawings and instructions from the shipyard in Stenungsund.

Standing rig has been continuously renewed and terminals are changed to Sta-Lok so that repairs at sea without special tools are possible. A number of extra Sta-Lok terminals are included.

Hull penetrations and shut-off valves below the waterline have been continuously replaced, the oldest is from 2012.

Fiberglass boats can have osmosis problems. The previous owners kept a close watch for years without finding anything. In 2012, they stripped the boat down to the gelcoat below the waterline for a thorough inspection. No osmosis on the hull! Both rudder and hull received new and thorough barrier protection in 2012.

And there is EVERYTHING you need in terms of equipment, spare parts, implements and tools on board the boat. There is a furling genoa and full-sail mainsail, both from New Zealand and good quality, sewn in strong canvas for long-term offshore sailing, as well as spinnaker and mainsail for cutter stay. There is an electric anchor windlass, heavy anchor and 70 meters of new chain and spare anchor. There is a step in the mast all the way to the top, a large battery bank new in 2023, seven solar panels on the roof and a regulator that always keeps the batteries correctly charged. The boat also comes with two harpoon guns of the best kind and two Yamaha motors for dinghies, one with 15HP (not used after major service at the Marina) and a brand new 3HP. As well as a fiberglass dinghy. Electronics have limited duration down here due to the heat and humidity part of the year, so the current owners have not installed a new plotter. They have removed most of the outdated electronics and have used Navionics on the iPad.

So any new electronics will be an investment of the new owners.
