The Top Hat 25 was an extremely succesful design suited to the Southern Ocean by renowned English designer John Illingworth.

Beautifully crafted, classic by Adelaide shipwright Lyell Brooks.
Made of Mahogany, splined above waterline caulked below.
Decks coated in 1/4 inch hand sawn teak, newly re caulked.
Running rigging replaced 2021 standing rigging 2019.
Keel made of 1.5 t of lead. New seacocks. Hull checked and sections re planked by Wooden Boat Co SA (2022)
Feaures : roller reefing main. Furling headsail, new jib, good main, spinnaker, new Raymarine GPS, GME VHF radio, new switchboard/wiring/lights, new macerating electric toilet, hand anchor windlass, full covers.
Has a 12 HP Lombardini diesel (recond. ) with Arona marinisation. V - drive with tooth belts, 40 litre fuel tank.
