This Trident Warrior 40 was all set and ready for sailing this year across the Indian Ocean so she is fully maintained and prepared for an ocean crossing. The elder owners have missed the weather window though and have decided that they will sell Usquabae, of Fife, their home for 15 years, here in Langkawi, Malaysia. A very well loved and well travelled boat, they are the second owners. The boat has successfully sailed them through the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the Pacific Ocean, via the Pacific Islands and New Zealand.
The rigging is BRAND NEW! And the main sail was new in New Zealand, in 2019, and the Genoa, new, in 2020. During COVID times she was in Dry dock in Rebak Marina.
She has two aft bunks, both currently used as storage, as the current owners are a sailing couple. The front cabin is extremely spacious, with a large port side head and shower, which they are also currently using for storage. They were fully preparing for a long ocean crossing! :)
The large saloon seating area has a fold up dining table, and 8 can easily be seated here. The cockpit is sheltered and protected, and all lines lead back to the cockpit for easy single handed sailing if needed. She has ample batteries ( new) as well as a Wind Vane, and a wind generator.

Warrior 40s are built for strength and stability. Not necessarily for speed. For comfort both at sea an in port, you'll have to go a long way to find a better boat. Her six-berth accommodation is sensible and roomy, yet practical. She has the form stability and easy motion for running down the Trades but is stiff enough to bash upwind.
