Re-powered with a Vetus 27HP (100hrs) engine in 2015 and otherwise all original, with its recently refurbished teak trims, non-skid decks in good condition, and well maintained hull and topsides, she is a great family, go anywhere cruising yacht. She has a furling genoa and currently doesn't have the cutter forestay and Staysail fitted (in storage). Her standing and running rigging are in working order however would need to be inspected/renewed before any offshore ventures.
She has been located on the Gippsland Lakes by her previous owner since circa 2000 and competed for many years in the MYC Club races.
The Walker H28 is recognised as one of the finest ever built small cruising boats.
