"Las Animas" is a nice example of this popular US brand. She was built in California, sailed two handed from the US to Western Australia. The boat was refitted in 2006 including rewire, new switchboards, wind generator, solar panels and electronics. Under previous ownership sailed from WA around the top of Australia, down the East Coast, and finally to Tasmania.

The current owner has enjoyed cruising the Derwent river in this capable vessel and enjoyed the comfort and stability with family and friends.

Inside the timber trims and white finishes give the vessel a light and airy feel. On the port side a crafted timber dinette, with seating for 6-8 people. The galley is well equipped with a large top loading fridge, ice box, 3 burner gas stove with good sized oven, excellent storage and space.

The accommodation in generous in all aspects including the head with a shower.

The cockpit is well protected by the hard windscreen, dodger and solar arch and it has fitted cushions.

In recent times the following work has been done:
Replaced both the batteries
Installation of the electric toilet
New wiring replaced where needed
New glow switch installed in the last 12 months.

"Las Amima's" presents well and is would make an ideal first yacht, live aboard, or Bluewater cruiser. She has been built to a high standard and the best materials at the time of construction. With extensive work being carried out throughout her life with continued maintenance she is in very good condition.
