10.9 meter (35 feet) Speedboat for sale in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia (Komodo Island). Boat just received new bottom paint, top side touch-up plus anti-fouling of both engines. Heavy fiberglass boat custom made in Indonesia with dual 200 hp Yamaha Outboard 2 stroke engines (400 HP total). Cruises nicely and handles the coastal areas even when the weather is not friendly. This boat was made in Java where the majority of all local speedboats hulls are made.

Speed Boat originally had lower powered motors and were inadquate. This is why motors were upgraded to 2x 200 HP Yamaha. Without this type of horsepower its diffisult to plane the boat or requires running motors at very high RPM.

Speedboat needs to be sold and reason for this really low price. Pay for the gas and captain, we'll take you roundtrip to one of the nearby islands. It can be used for either pleasure or commerical uses and would be ideal for someone that wants to startup a local dive, fishing or island hopping business without a large investment.

The dual 200 hp Yamaha Outboard engines were added afterwards and were rebuilt in Spring 2025. Boat has rarely been used since the engine rebuild. Total of 400 hp drives this boat (200 hp x 2 engines). To confirm these are not the original engines and were swapped to give more horsepower. They have around 1800 hours each but once again, they were rebuilt in 2025 and rarely used since. Boat planes easily around 29 km/h (18 to 19 mph).

This is an incredible deal for someone that wants a strong firgerglass speedboat and probably lowest price you'll find anywhere that has required horsepower. I have seen lower priced boats but they will require a very costly motor upgrade if you want required horsepower to make a heavy 10 meter sized boat plane correctly when weighted down with passengers. With a smaller motor it may be possible but you'll need to run at very high RPM's. Price and performance ratio, this is an incredible deal.
