Carter 72 Custom Flybridge Cruiser - Live-aboard passagemaker Just Listed

'White Mischief' was purchased by her current owners back in 2023 as an interim boat to be used in local waters between the Abrolhos Islands and Geographe Bay. As her sellers new vessel has arrived, she is now on the market and ready for her next owners to enjoy.

The open plan living and multiple entertainment spaces were the initial attraction. The hydraulic bow and stern thrusters made her more attractive knowing she would be super easy to handle.

Originally manufactured in New Zealand by Carter Yachts, 'White Mischief' is a solid craft designed with charter and long range cruising in mind. My understanding is that in more recent years her previous owner used her as a home while exploring the Kimberley region among other beautiful areas across Australia's north coast.

As an experienced boatie, her current owners have invested considerable funds during their ownership to improve the vessel and make her reliable and more user friendly. Big dollars have already been spent to the benefit of her next owners.

The uniqure design leans more to practical use as a functional long range cruiser. From the enclosed wheelhouse, yacht fisher style cockpit and the two dinghy davit systems, its easy to picture yourself on 'White Mischief' cruising Ningaloo, the Kimberley or beyond in comfort.

There are two helm stations fully equipped with some of the latest electronics and multifunction displays. The wheelhouse is so large it could almost be an additional cabin. Located beneath is the lower full beam helm station with duplicate screens. Port and starboard sliding doors provide ventilation but more importantly immediate access to the side decks for vision and ease of berthing.

Her main saloon is full of light, a vast area with integrated galley equipped with all of the normal appliances - very much a social arrangement. This is the place where everyone can congregate once the sun goes down to share stories of the days adventures.

Steps lead from here down to the storage room and laundry. From here there is direct access to the massive engine room, the heart of the vessel.

Separating her main saloon and accommodation is the lower wheelhouse. This is a raised area which also provides excellent vision ahead. Down a few steps you will find yourself in the forward accommodation area where three cabins provide sleeping for eight in comfort. The master with private ensuite to port, a guest queen to starboard and tournament bunk beds in the bow share a semi-ensuite.

If you can see past the superficial cosmetics you will notice 'White Mischief' has good bones and that money has already been invested in the places that matter most.

She is berthed in Fremantle and available for immediate viewing.
