This Example of the Zaffiro 34 has been upgraded and refitted from the Bow to stern.
It Boast exception space with room to move on upper and lower decks.
The top deck has Flexiteak installed to include the swim deck.
New upholstery to the top deck, new lighting, full weather covers, deck shower, sink and Fridge.
A huge 55kgf Bow thruster has been installed to assist in docking and the new Raymarine Systems installed make this vessel a breeze to operate.

There are 2 Private cabins with the main bed fitted with a Wall mounted TV and HDMI port with a 240v GPO in the cupboard for a DVD Player/Gaming Console.
The 2nd cabin has the option for 2 single beds and converts to a double.
The main living area has also been fitted with a wall hung TV and HDMI port with a 240V GPO in the cupboard for a DVD player/Gaming console.
There are USB charger ports.

A new sound System has been installed with a Helm control panel.
The kitchen has new appliances to include a Fridge, Microwave, 2 element electric cook-top, new tap, toaster, kettle, all crockery, water tank gauge and a stone bench top.
Also New flooring has been installed and the has a ducked AC unit to all cabins and main living area fully serviced.

A new Toilet has been installed complete with new shower taps and the plumbing has been replaced to include new pumps and hoses.

The powerful Volvo Penta is supercharged and turbo charged producing 230 hp each engine and have extensive service nhistory

Engines were removed and the following work was conducted,
Chemically cleaned, treated and epoxy painted, Timing cover gaskets replaced, All hoses replaced fresh and sea water, Heat exchangers Chemically cleaned and serviced, Front and rear main seals replaced, Flywheels chemically cleaned/treated and epoxy painted, New 316 Stainless steel aftermarket exhaust elbows installed, Sea Pumps serviced and replacement impellers installed, New oil and fuel lines installed complete with new hose fittings, New Oil, Fuel and air filters installed, New Engine mounts installed, Engine block mounts were re-hot dipped galvanized, The engine bay has been re-gelcoated and all isolation valves replaced to include a fresh water flush for the generator, through hull transducers port and starboard for the sounder, a walk platform installed, task lighting and extraction fan has been installed.

The transom Shields were removed and rebuilt with the following items completed,
Chemically cleaned, treated and bead blasted, Epoxy painted, Complete new bushes installed, replacement steering bells installed, new tilt arm installed, New tiller arm installed, All seals have been replaced, New Grease nipples installed and fully greased, New Transom shield seal installed, Transom below waterline Blue lights installed, New hydraulic rams installed.

The Pagguro generator was removed and serviced with the following items completed,
Chemically cleaned and treated, New Valves installed in the head compete with all seals and valve lapped, Replacement Piston Rings and Bearings have been installed, Fuel injector has been fully serviced, Complete gasket set installed to include head gasket, New seawater pump installed, All hoses replaced to include Water, Fuel and Exhaust, Fuel filter replaced and New engine oil,

Sterndrives have had full serviced to include the following items completed,
Chemically Cleaned/Bead blasted and treated, Epoxy painted, Replaced all bearings and seals, New Stainless Steel propellers installed, Pressure and Vacuum tested, Replacement Bushes installed, New sea water hoses installed,

The Helm has been completely refitted with all the latest equipment as listed,
A through hull 55Kgf Bowthruster has been installed, Raymarine Auto pilot, Raymarine Axiom 9 Inch Chart plotter, Raymarine Quantom Radar with all the Raymarine items linked with the sea talk system, Bennett Autotrim pro, New throttle controls install with integrated trim controlled, All new switches, New Compass and refurbished dash gauges.
