Nautic Star celebrated its' 20 year anniversary in 2019 as top-end designers and builders of specialised custom aluminium vessels, never diverting attention away from building the best quality vessels on the market, with excellent sea keeping ability as well as comfortable ride in just about all sea conditions.

Nauticstar vessels are built and designed by Marko Bacic and manufactured at our Nautic Star premises in Lonsdale, South Australia utilising the best Australian suppliers to ensure that our vessels are not only built for Australian waters and regulations but are Australian made. The design of these boats is the result of nearly two decades of research, innovation and testing at sea for use in some of the most extreme conditions in South Australia/Australia.

Nautic Star boats are designed to be safe, high-performing and aesthetically styled. Every boat is built with the upmost attention to detail and quality. All our commercial vessels are structurally designed using Lloyds' register criteria to meet NSCV compliance (National Standards Commercial vessels) for special service high speed craft. Over the years we have fine-tuned our Plumb Bow hull design to a point where we consider that we have obtained a no compromise balance between soft riding, rough water performance in any direction and also equally as good calm water performance. In both cases the vessel remains firm footed and stable. We have also increased running efficiency which results in lower horsepower requirements for the same top speed, giving better fuel economy and allowable pay loads have increased by an average of 20% to 30%.

Although built for a private owner this Phantom 11 is built to the same standards as nauticstar's commercial builds, no compromise has been made on her design and capabilities making this custom vessel a true offshore capable yet luxurious sports fishing boat with outstanding performance figures, with a comfortable low end cruise of 25 knots she can achieve up to 500 nautical miles range, she runs a Volvo Penta D60 370 Hp diesel, has a large cockpit bait/prep table that opens into a large ice box, rear facing seating, open self drain deck transom and all the fruit to go with it such as an extensive elecronicts package suited for offshore fishing or long range cruising, the phantom also has its own separate head and two sleeping cabins.
