Featuring an open layout, you'll find side boarding access via the rare side boarding door. The galley/saloon opens with sliding double doors to the expansive cockpit. Downstairs in the accommodation, you'll find a large double bed to port and two large singles in the Vee berth, all mattresses are new and have seldom been used. Every surface you can see on the Vessel has been touched up either new material, fresh paint/vinyl/varnish/carpet across the Vessel. She's spotless!

ENGINE:
-Engine was removed from the boat, degreased, rust treat in areas and primed and painted
-cooling system fully stripped, all cooler inserts serviced and refitted with new gaskets/seals (all genuine volvo penta)
-brand new turbo fitted
-full engine service using only genuine Volvo Penta parts
-valve adjustment
-new thermostats
-both impeller pumps stripped and fully rebuilt with all new bearings, seals and impellers
-cooling system flushed and filled with new volvo coolant
-new clamps and some new hoses fitted

GAS SYSTEM:
-All gas pipes removed and replaced with insulated copper lines as per certification requirements
-new gas regulator at bottles
-additional outlet on transom for connection of barbecue fitted
-ventilation from gas fridges rerouted externally as it was originally venting into the cabin which is a huge carbon monoxide risk and required for gas compliance
-gas safety certificate and labelling on boat (required for insurance and club/marina requirements)

ADDITIONAL BOAT WORKS:
-all below waterline skin fittings and ball valves removed and replaced with stainless steel
-all hoses replaced
-Anti foul and prop speed December 2024
-all anodes replaced and additional anodes fitted
-all hull fitting bonding wires either replaced or connections repaired
-shaft seal cleaned and serviced with new gland packing
-stb side fuel tank removed, repaired, pressure tested and epoxy coated then refitted and connected to bonding circuit
-new bilge pump
-bilges fully cleaned throughout
-exhaust muffler removed, repaired and refitted with new clamps
-rudder stock and steering components cleaned, acid treated and sealed
-rudder made larger for better manoeuvrability
-scratches on hull up to gunwale touched up with 2 pac paint and hull polished

OTHER ITEMS:
-custom made bow sprit installed with new anchor winch, new 20kg Bruce type anchor and 70m anchor chain
-shower sump pump fitted as shower was draining directly into the bilge
-solar vent in bathroom fitted
-New Windows - cabin, saloon and cockpit
-Wall lining removed and replaced with padded vinyl
-Re- upholstered flybridge seating
-New mattress vee berth (twin singles) and double
-Bathroom cabinetry upgraded
-All timber finishes sanded back and revarnished/modernised - looks mint!
-Cockpit deck and gunwhale (internal repainted)
-New Carpet saloon, cockpit and cabins
-Cabin flooring repainted
