Precision 50 Just Listed

This iconic Western Australian Cruiser, built for our heavy seas, these 50 footers have proven themselves time and time again.
This one in particular has been well maintained over the years and would have to be one of the cleanest and neatest examples in Perth. A great Rotto family boat. I looked at many boats before deciding on this brand/boat. The build quality and over engineered nature of this boat sets it apart from other types and even other Precision 50's I looked at. My friend has a 96 Riviera 48 and one day out on the river one of his rudders failed due to a broken steering part. I then went and checked my steering and the difference in the size and quality of my steering gear compared to his was huge so I sent him a photo of mine to show him how a real strong boat was built! This boat will outlast us all. My friend has spent so much more on maintaining his boat than I have over the years. These boats are just so well made and strong. I jokingly refer to this boat as a 'ship', rather than a boat.
The way it handles our rough gage roads seas gives you real confidence and is a real marriage saver compared to other brands. The huge rear deck makes entertaining and Rotto trips so much more enjoyable than comparable length boats with smaller area's.
Huge salon with off white leather couches that turn into extra beds to sleep up to 9 people, complimented with navy blue carpets makes her feel modern and homely.
Nice spacious galley with plenty of storage and usable bench space, complete with electric cook top and microwave.
Accommodation consists of a port side master cabin with double bed. Forward of this is the master cabin ensuite.
Adjacent to the master cabin quarters is the main bathroom and separate shower stall.
In the bow is a cabin with tournament bunks with beds big enough for four large adults.
Up on the flybridge there are two near new Relaxn helm chairs and recovered cushions in white vinyl. Sitting up there in Thompsons Bay on a balmy summer evening with a bottle of wine and the better half while the kids watched TV in the saloon is the best thing ever.

Vessels like this don't come up for sale very often,
especially one as neat as this one.
