This big volume 12m Protector RIB is an ideal day boat, overnighter, big boat tender or commercial work boat, catering to a range of activities and buyers. The mid-cabin layout is perfect for WA's offshore conditions, providing shelter to the skipper and their passengers from the wind, waves and sun.

This example started life as an America's Cup support boat in 2001, after which it was purchased by a commercial workboat company that passed the vessel through NZ commercial survey for crew transfer purposes. In 2009, a new pair of bulletproof Yamaha 250HP V6 outboards were installed, and the majority of the current engine hours were run up during crew transfer operations near Auckland. The outboards were serviced religiously and still perform extremely well today.

The current owners purchased the vessel in 2021 and have continued to rigorously service the outboards annually, in addition to completing several major upgrades and refurbishments to ensure this Protector remains in great condition for recreational use.
