Riviera 35 Flybridge

A very tidy and well maintained example of this classic.
The 35 was a close relation to the successful 38 Mark II with a spacious two cabins arrangement, a well-equipped galley and comfortable dinette, Ideal family boat or a comfortable liveaboard for a couple to have extended trips.
The flybridge is spacious with ample seating for guest to relax. Powered by a couple of Cummins BT6 engines which are well know for there reliability and economical running cost.
The vessel has had a upgrade over the last 2 years and is a ready to go vessel for the new owner and ready for summer.

List of Inclusions; Located midship consisting of sink, food prep area, pantry cupboards, crockery cupboard. There is no gas stove in galley however there is space for butane burner. A rear deck gas bbq is provide. A new microwave oven is located in galley.
Refrigeration - make, model, age and capacity 2 x fridges. One bar fridge located in galley. One standard upright 2 door fridge freezer is positioned in saloon.

Ground Tackle 40 mts gal link chain and plow anchor. 100 mts rope with chain and reef anchor. Additional reef anchor is provided.

Safety Gear As required by MSQ for vessel size and application.

Electrics & Instruments: Two by GPS / Sounders mounted, one at lower helm station and one on flybridge. Both are independent of each other. The lower station Garmin is new.
