Riviera 36 Single Cabin - Super size extended rear deck Just Listed

This is without doubt one of the nicest Riviera 36's we've had the pleasure to represent. A passionate owner has looked after her particularly well.

The benefit of this era of Riviera is the additional lower helm station - unfortunately deleted in many later models. For those not wanting to continually negotiate a ladder to the flybridge, the lower helm offers a simple location to control the boat without being isolated up stairs. It's also fabulous when berthing in short handed situations as vision is actually better in many instances. In this case a Relaxyn helm chair has recently been installed so the captain can sit down when cruising and be a part of the conversation. A bow thruster has been fitted together with the latest Simrad Multifunction GPS plotter display malking for easy navigation and handling in tight spaces.

They 36SC is a selfish boat designed primarily for a couple with an island double berth forward, however a drop down dining table quickly converts to another double if required and there is room for for a swag alongside.

Other advantages of the 36SC (Single Cab) is the additional cockpit and bathroom space gained by losing one cabin. The best of both worlds with this model, luxury Riviera ergonomics and finish with the cockpit the size of a Caribbean 35.

The bathroom consists of a fibreglass moulded 'easy clean' design boasting a vanity, mirror, Vacuflush sanitation system with holding tank plus a separate shower stall. Standard is a black water holding tank.

To port is the mezzanine style galley features a twin hob electric ceramic stove, microwave oven, under bench fridge and underfloor storage. The moulded graincoat finish fibreglass sink works well and storage cabinets are fitted both below and above the bench.
