The 2018 Elite 12.8 Sports Sedan, 'Kooringal', is a triumph of craftsmanship, innovation, and performance. Designed by the renowned Bill Upfold of Elite Marine Design and built by the award-winning Scott Lane Boat Builders, this vessel is a premium example of New Zealand's boatbuilding excellence.  

'Kooringal' combines striking aesthetics with clever design. Its sports sedan layout priorities seamless indoor-outdoor flow, with the saloon and cockpit merging to create a large, functional entertaining space. The craftsmanship is second to none, featuring custom cabinetry, elegant timber finishes, and a timeless interior design. Large windows flood the saloon with natural light, offering spectacular panoramic views and creating a bright, inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped galley is located aft, ensuring it's central to both the saloon and cockpit, with high-end appliances and ample storage that caters to extended cruising or day trips alike.

Below decks, 'Kooringal' provides luxurious accommodations, including a master cabin to port and a twin guest cabin forward, both finished with the same attention to detail as the main living spaces. Located on the starboard side, the single bathroom is sleek, spacious, and well-appointed.

The aft cockpit, designed with entertaining in mind, boasts a spacious layout with a table, seating, and a practical wet bar. It also offers convenient access to the extended swim platform, perfect for swimming, fishing, or boarding a tender.  

Powered by a single 480hp Cummins QSB6.7 engine, 'Kooringal' delivers exceptional performance with effortless efficiency. This reliable drive system enables a comfortable cruising speed of approximately 18-20 knots, with a top speed of up to 26 knots (approx. ).
