This is the sought-after three-cabin, three-bathroom Owner's Version, with a private owner's suite occupying the starboard hull and two queen ensuite cabins to port. She was specified from new for serious off-grid cruising, and her owners have since added a large custom solar array, extra lithium capacity, a Victron Quattro inverter and Starlink. Whether your plans are a weekend at Rottnest, long summer days in Geographe Bay or a season exploring the Abrolhos Islands, Shark Bay, Ningaloo and the Kimberley, Fat Kat II is ready. With 2.57kW of solar, 750Ah of lithium, a generator, a 100L/hr watermaker and two Starlink units, she can stay at anchor in remote places for weeks in total comfort. Her 1.35m draft lets you tuck into shallow bays and anchor close to the beach.
She is just as rewarding for local cruising. Her self-tacking jib and all-electric winches mean a couple can sail her with ease, and her flybridge, generous cockpit and sun lounges make her a superb platform for entertaining family and friends on the Swan River or a day trip to Rottnest.

THE LAGOON 46
Launched in 2019 to replace the hugely successful Lagoon 450, the Lagoon 46 is one of the most popular catamarans Lagoon has built. She was designed by VPLP, with exterior styling by Patrick le Quement and interior design by Nauta. Her mast sits further aft than on most catamarans, which reduces pitching for a smoother, more comfortable ride and allows a powerful self-tacking jib with a smaller, easier-to-handle mainsail. Flared hull chines add space in every cabin, the saloon windows are larger than on the 450, and the flybridge can be reached from either side of the cockpit. Cruising World magazine summed her up as "a very comfortable cat to call your home".
