Launched in February 2021 and delivered new in Tahiti, Hi'o Atea is a beautifully presented Oceanis 46.1 Owner's Version, offering three double cabins and two bathrooms. With just one private owner since new, no ocean crossings and only light local cruising, she remains in outstanding, almost-new condition.

Designed for comfortable cruising and effortless living aboard, she is exceptionally well equipped. The upgraded 80HP Yanmar engine has logged just 170 hours and is paired with a folding propeller, while a bow thruster makes manoeuvring in marinas simple and stress-free.

Life on board is equally impressive. A 7.5kVA generator and air conditioning provide complete comfort at anchor, while the yacht is fully set up for extended cruising with 1,200W of solar panels integrated into a custom bimini, 650Ah of AGM batteries (installed in 2022), and a 60L/h watermaker, giving excellent autonomy away from shore.

Under sail, Hi'o Atea offers a more performance-oriented configuration than the standard specification, featuring a semi-battened mainsail and furling genoa rather than the self-tacking jib, providing greater sail area and versatility. The optional bowsprit is already fitted with the rigging required for a spinnaker or gennaker, allowing the yacht to reach her full sailing potential.

Navigation is handled by a comprehensive B&G electronics package, including twin 7-inch chartplotters, radar, AIS, VHF and autopilot.
