Lagoon 450S Just Listed

Moana is a 2022 Lagoon 450S, now exclusively for sale with YOTI at The Boatworks in Coomera, Queensland.

Ordered as a three-cabin owner's version, she combines the space and comfort of the Lagoon 450, but as the Sportop, she has the very practical and safe inclusive helm position with direct access to the cockpit.

Her specification is particularly appealing for anyone planning extended time aboard. With 1,000Ah of Victron lithium batteries, 2,355W of solar and a Dessalator Duo 100L-per-hour watermaker, Moana has a strong foundation for spending longer away from the marina. A Victron inverter/charger, Starlink Mini and an 8kg LG washing machine add to the everyday practicality.

The starboard hull is dedicated to the owners, with a generous double cabin, desk, plenty of storage and a large private bathroom. Two further double cabins occupy the port hull, each with its own ensuite. The interior is finished in Alpi walnut with charcoal saloon upholstery, with new cabin carpets fitted in June 2026. Fans throughout and Webasto diesel heating provide comfort across the seasons.

The galley includes separate front-opening refrigeration and freezer, a three-burner gas stove, oven and microwave, with additional refrigeration in the cockpit. Outside, the teak cockpit floor, full cushion package, cockpit clears and transom-mounted Weber BBQ make this an easy space to settle into at anchor.

The protected helm is equipped with three Harken electric winches, while the sail wardrobe comprises an Incidence square-top mainsail and furling genoa. Electronics include twin 12-inch B&G Zeus 3S displays, radar, AIS, ForwardScan and an autopilot with remote. Her rigging was checked and certified in May 2026.

Moana is powered by twin 57hp Yanmar diesels with folding propellers, last serviced in May 2026. Antifoul was completed in October 2026, and a new Grand 330 tender with forward steering and a Yamaha 25hp outboard was added in July.
