Accommodation
Relish is a 3-cabin layout with two ensuites. The interior is in good condition with varnished teak interior and blue tone upholstery and marine carpet.
The large owner's cabin is aft and has a large double bed, good storage and adjoins the aft head with separate, private door. Two guest cabins forward- bunk cabin to port and double V-berth in the bow. Hanging locker and second head accessed from forward of the mast bulkhead.
The main saloon and galley are together and it's a good space with plenty of natural light and ventilation thanks to large deck-head windows and hatches. There is a large, comfortable dinette for up to 6 people and excellent storage outboard of the dinette. The navigation station just aft of the galley on the starboard side accommodates all the navigation and communication equipment.
Galley
The galley is to starboard and forward in the saloon. It boasts the following features:
- Smev 3-burner gas cooktop and oven

- Under bench icebox/ storage area

Electrics
12V electrical system fitted to the vessel with 20 breaker DC panel. System is supplied by 2 x 12V AGM batteries with isolation switches under aft berth. DC system services usual consumers such as cabin and navigation lights, fridge, navigation, and communication etc etc. The engine has a stand-alone
start battery. Charging is via engine alternator with Balmar MC-614 charging regulator, 80W Sunyo solar panel or Dolphin 12V/20A shore power charger.

Mast / Rigging
Selden Deck stepped, 2-spreader, masthead aluminium mast and boom. Forestay fitted with Selden Furlex 200S manual headsail furler and boom is fitted with lazy-jacks and boom bag for easy handling of mainsail. Selden Rod-kicker boom vang and spinnaker included. All running rigging is relatively new and wire standing rigging replaced 2016.
Deck Gear
Relish has a good sized, safe cockpit with access to swim platform in the transom. The cockpit has teak laid decking in good condition, and the area is ergonomic for sailing, and the area is protected from the elements by near new bimini and spray dodger.
Deck Hardware: Large stainless steering wheel on pedestal with compass, 6 x Barbarossa deck winches, spinlock jammers, stainless steel rails, stanchions, and handrails.
