The opportunity does not come around very often to purchase one of Australia's most iconic racing yacht: Farr designed IOR 64 "Brindabella" design 220.
With major victorys to her name including holding a 27 year record from Sydney to Noumea.
A regular participant in Rolex Sydney to Hobart and has raced under the names of Perelli, Team Jaguar and Infinity III.
Her overall condition is tired and requires someone with vision to either return her to her former glory as a competitive racing yacht, a charter boat like her sistership Brindabella II in South Australia, Falken from 59 North Sailing or perhaps creating a fast live-aboard home.
Brindabella has a recent engine upgrade witha Volvo penta 110hp D3 by Mariner Engineering. Last service 2/2024.
She is currently set up with cruising Main and furling headsail and was used quite regurlarly in the last 10 years by her owner. Currently she has sat for the last 8 months needs a good hull clean and some TLC.
