Boat Description
Spirit of Juno is one of 10 Farr designed Round the World racers, built for speed and safe passage in virtually any weather conditions. Constructed by Colvic Yachts in 1999 and reinforced with kevlar for extra rigidity, the bulb keel draws only 10 ft, allowing access to most harbors while providing good sailing performance.
The powerful masthead rig drives the 27 ton vessel easily, and the sails are managed with a coffee style manual power system.
She features watertight bulkheads fore and aft for added safety.
The chain plates and keel bolts are in excellent condition.
In 2022, over $70K was spent on new North Racing sails, including mainsail, J2, and J3 headsails.
