SOLD - The much sought-after Gilcraft 27 motor-sailers are ideally suited to leisurely cruising, ideal in shallow waters such as popular holiday destinations like the Gippsland Lakes, Goolwa etc.
This early 1980s model was professionally repainted with two-pack paint system about 4 years ago and is looking great! She is comfortably appointed with sleeping for four, an enclosed electric toilet with a hot & cold shower and a galley with stove, sink and icebox, The central teak saloon table is ideal for meals or entertaining. The cockpit can be fully enclosed with custom canvas covers to enlarge the living area for comfortable overnight stays at your favourite anchoages.
She features wheel steering from the helms-persons seat in the well protected wheelhouse or tiller steering in the cockpit with a tiller autopilot to make your cruising even easier. A Muir Cub electric anchor winch takes the heavy work out of anchoring.
Electronics include a Lowrance HDS7 GPS and Plotter with multi-function display plus Tack-Tick wireless wind gear, an Icom VHF radio transceiver, Soniq 12v TV and a GME Stereo with AM FM radio and CD player with USB auxiliary input. A cabin-top solar panel keeps the batteries topped up and ready to use. Safety gear includes 8 life jackets, flares, a life-ring and 2 new fire extinguishers.
