This Roberts 53 Pilothouse has been lovingly fitted out by her owner over the past 20 years and is presented in immaculate condition.
The excellent engine room has two access points from the saloon and is particularly impressive, housing a 120 hp Gardner engine, including integral fuel and water tanks.
The vessel comes with a brand-new, never-used mainsail, inner headsail and furling headsail, together with nine self-tailing winches, running gear and sheets.
The large cockpit provides plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining, while the generous deck layout allows easy movement around the entire vessel.
The vessel is well ventilated and full of natural light. There are 7 Lewmar deck hatches. Cross ventilation is provided via multiple opening ports in all cabins and heads.
Below Decks
Below deck, she is a masterpiece, with an exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully designed interior, which is divided into three distinct areas:
1) The Central Area
The saloon is large and comfortable, with abundant storage throughout. The central layout of the saloon areas has been designed to be segregated from sleeping accommodation, allowing crew to sleep in dedicated personal space undisturbed while off watch.
The galley is well equipped with a double sink, four-burner gas cooktop and oven, stainless-steel microwave and bar fridge. Adjacent to the saloon are two upright freezers, together with additional storage areas. There is a common central head and shower starboard side.
Dedicated navigation station with electrical switchboard and space for instrumentation of choice.
The interior helm station provides excellent visibility through the pilothouse windows and features a comprehensive instrument panel with adjacent port side pilot berth.
2) Sleeping accommodation aft
The aft captain's cabin features a large queen size island bed, ample storage, lounges, head and shower. Plumbing to the head and shower is yet to be completed.
3) Sleeping accommodation forward comprises:
o a port-side cabin
o a starboard cabin with a three-quarter bed
o a V-berth with twin single beds
o forward interior access to large chain locker.
