This is a lovely example of a renowned Van De Stadt, in great condition throughout - from the exceptional quality of the build to the ongoing and maintenance work that is routinely carried out. A very strong seaworthy vessel.

"Blue Heaven" would make a delightful liveaboard as well as being excellent for both coastal and blue water cruising. Ready to cruise immediately with her annual hull maintenance and antifoul having very recently been completed (19/7/2023).

Entering the vessel into the large open cockpit with teak seating that easily allows for 8 passengers.
2 x fibreglass lockable lazarettes, removeable wheel/pedestal steering; teak swim platform, good size teak stern perch seats are a few of the features. Other features include:
Dodger and s/s davits with mounted solar panels above;
Canvas cover from cockpit to rear dodger;
Timber topped locker in cockpit.
Triple s/s safety lines
Non skid applied to decks.

Access to the cabins is via large timber steps which are both removeable for easy engine access, which is behind the steps, as well as comprising 2 large tool boxes/storage areas. The engine is also accessible from side panels as well.

Once in the spacious and light main cabin area, port side has the functional L shaped galley and aft is a double berth cabin, whilst starboard is the chart table and nav station and behind this is the large shower area and toilet.

Moving forward into the saloon there is a dinette to port seating comfortably 6+ and opposite is an additional settee. In between is a folding timber table, with storage. There is also extensive storage behind and under the seating.

Forward is a double V berth separated from the saloon area by timber folding doors with storage space and a freezer between the doors and the bunk. There is ample locker storage throughout.

The beautiful teak wood throughout is in very good condition as is the timber flooring and all other timber work.

The vessel also has a gas alarm and sundry spares
