Premier Yachting are proud to bring to the Australian market the 'North Pacific' brand of long range cruisers.

A blend of traditional and modern lines, the 44 Sedan is a beautiful and capable long-range cruiser. Get the comfort of an extended salon, with either full walk around decks or a wide body salon with a walk around on one side. Plus, the 44 Sedan offers an especially large flybridge for cruising and entertaining.

Built to Last:
Hull and Superstructure:

A blend of traditional and modern lines, the 44 Sedan is a beautiful and capable long-range cruiser. A no-nonsense exterior features fiberglass cap rails, Flexiteek or fiberglass decks and stainless steel window frames, keeping maintenance costs down.

The hard chine hull is designed for stability and fuel efficiency at low speeds, with enough lift for higher speeds. A keel ensures good tracking, while a large barn-door rudder offers full control. The rudder, shaft, and propeller are fully protected, while the planked look embedded in the fiberglass adds to the character and classic look of the vessel.

The hull is solid, hand-laid fiberglass, making it highly strong and stable. Vinyl ester resin on the outer layers prevents blistering, and an epoxy barrier provides extra protection below the waterline. The stringers are molded separately and glassed into the hull, avoiding the need for coring.

The superstructure is made of fiberglass, mostly cored with lightweight foam for added stability and durability. Rigid PVC squares are used in areas requiring extra strength. The hull and superstructure are a shoebox design that are epoxied and fiber glassed together for a strong and lasting bond.

Flybridge:
The flybridge is expansive and has enough built-in seating for a dozen people, yet there is still room for a 10.5´ RIB dinghy, lifted by the standard electric davit. There is a bench seat on the port side that can be replaced with an optional, built-in, cook station. On the starboard side is a large, L-shaped settee with a table. Forward are two helm seats, both with excellent forward visibility. The upper helm has all of the same controls as the lower station as well as a standard Garmin suite of electronics.

A standout feature of the NP44 Sedan is the standard hardtop, giving it the look of a serious cruiser and reducing canvas maintenance. Alternatively, you can choose to delete the hardtop for a folding radar arch. All exterior seating comes with Sunbrella-covered cushions and canvas covers for protection.

Walk Around:
The 44' Sedan features full walk-around decks, with an optional wide-body salon that also has a walk-around on one side. The decks are designed for comfort and safety, with high bulwarks at the rear and railings around the boat. The polished #316L stainless steel railings have a 1.5" top rail for a solid feel. Three bulwark doors make it easy to get on and off the boat.

Flexiteek is used on the covered walk areas, and fiberglass non-skid extends to the front. At the bow, there's a bench seat perfect for enjoying evenings. You can also control the boat from here using the standard Bluetooth system to connect to the Garmin electronics and autopilot. The 24v Maxwell windlass has enough power to pull in the 280' of 3/8" G4 chain. The boat also comes with a Rocna 33 (70lb) anchor for secure anchoring. Heavy-duty stainless steel cleats are thoughtfully positioned around the boat to handle large dock lines.

Cockpit:
The cockpit is fully covered and spacious, with room for a small table and four chairs. The Flexiteek decks give the area a classy look and keep it looking much cleaner than white non-skid in this high-traffic area. Under the cockpit is a lazarette with lots of storage, accessed through a gas assisted hatch.

The fully integrated swim platform is also finished with Flexiteek decks. It's a large platform that is great for diving or enjoying a nice sunset on deck chairs. It is also optional to install a swim platform davit instead of the standard flybridge davit.

The optional integrated reversable cockpit seating creates the perfect place to unwind after a day of cruising. The backrests can be positioned to face either forward or aft. The teak table will make this your favorite place to enjoy a meal, just a few feet from the water.

Luxury Awaits...
Luxury and Comfort:
North Pacific interiors are crafted to world-class standards with fine materials and finishes.

Real teak and holly flooring is standard throughout, and the hand-crafted teak walls, dovetailed drawers, and flush cabinetry are all carefully matched.

While the NP44 has a traditional, high-quality finish, modern materials have been added to brighten the space and create a luxurious feel. The focus on high ceilings, large windows, and both direct and indirect lighting makes you feel right at home on the water.

Salon:
The salon on the 44´ Sedan is about 22´ long and surrounded by large windows offering a 360-degree view. The ceilings are 6´10´´, adding to the feeling of spaciousness. The area is expansive and customizable. The aft part of the salon can be configured with a L-settee (convertible bed) on the starboard side and a table that can comfortably seat 6 for dinner. On the port side is space for two recliners or another settee. Alternatively, you can opt for a dinette on the port side with a settee on the starboard side or space for two recliners. With either option, the aft part of the salon makes a great living and entertaining space.

Galley:

The galley on the 44 Sedan is a great place for the chef of the family. Near the salon, the cook will not be left out of the action and will have great views out the large windows. The galley is big enough to rival many larger vessels, making cooking enjoyable. Inset in the solid surface countertop is a large single- or double-basin sink. There are different drawer and cabinet layouts available with all the choices allowing for plenty of storage. A three burner Force10 propane or electric stove and oven is standard equipment, as is a 9 cu. Ft fridge/freezer.

Helm:
The helm area of the 44' Sedan is similar to a pilothouse, slightly raised and separated by cabinetry behind the two leather helm seats. It offers 360-degree visibility, a large rudder, and an oversized thruster for easy handling in tight spaces. Furthermore, just outside the door is a bulwark door allowing for easy and quick access to the dock. Forward of the teak steering wheel is a raised helm and a full, standard suite of Garmin electronics. Even with the raised dash there is great visibility forward from the helm seats.

Lower Decks:

Guest Stateroom:
The guest stateroom comes standard with two single beds and they can be made to slide together into a larger bed. White headboards, plenty of lighting, high ceilings and a large porthole make this a comfortable space for your guests. Six drawers, a shelf, bedside table and generous hanging locker provide plenty of storage. The guest stateroom is highly customizable and North Pacific Yachts offer several layouts that include an office with settee, convertible office/stateroom or incorporating the guest room into a greater master stateroom.

Master Stateroom:
The 44 Sedan's plumb bow allows the use of the full beam of the boat, creating a larger, more spacious master stateroom. The bed is lower than most boats in this size range, with only one step up from the platform, making it easier to make the bed. The bed is typically tapered at the foot to create more space around it, and a true queen-size option is available. A white headboard, high ceilings, and a large mirror add to the spacious feel. Rope lighting and backlit, frosted glass cabinetry make the room feel warm and inviting.

The master stateroom offers plenty of storage, including seven cabinets, two hanging lockers, five drawers, and space under the lift-assisted mattress.

Head:
The standard 44 Sedan layout includes one head, but there is a two head design available. The head features teak walls, trim, and teak and holly flooring. A mirrored ceiling, large porthole, and plenty of lighting make the space feel open and inviting. It includes a premium solid surface counter, an undermount ceramic sink, a mirror, and two cabinets. The Tecma Silence Plus toilet is quiet, reliable, and comfortable.

The separate shower stall has a molded seat, a large porthole, and quality fixtures. A 6" mosaic strip adds elegance, and the shower drains through a Whale gray water diaphragm pump, which doesn't need screen cleaning.

The single head design allows private access from the master stateroom or the hallway. If two heads are chosen, the master head is accessible only through the master stateroom, while the guest head can be accessed from the hallway or guest room.

Comprehensive, High Quality Equipment:
Access and Equipment:
Experienced boaters will appreciate that all North Pacific Yachts are designed so that equipment, wiring and plumbing is easy to access. There are numerous hatches throughout their boats, headliners are attached with Velcro, and screw caps are used to make removal of teak wiring chases and other access panels easier. In order to ensure accessibility, the NP44 Sedan is built and varnished before most of the wiring and equipment is installed.

Mechanical Equipment:
The North Pacific 44´ Sedan is powered by a single Cummins 355 QSB 6.7L engine. The 355 is a good choice, pushing the NP44 along at 7-10 knot cruise with a top speed of about 11.5 knots. Larger engines are available for higher top speeds. Twin engines and get-home engines are also available for redundancy.

With the single engine configuration, the propeller, shaft and rudder are fully protected. Standard equipment on the NP44 Sedan includes a large rudder and oversized 24v Sleipner bow thruster, giving you the control and maneuverability that you need to make docking easy.

Sanitation and Plumbing:
The NP44 uses PEX hoses and compression fittings for a reliable and long-lasting plumbing system. Dual Marco freshwater pumps and an accumulator tank ensure quiet operation. The 200-gallon fiberglass freshwater tank is located in the bilge with easy access through a floor hatch, and the 20-gallon electric water heater is in the engine room.

Engine Room:
The engine room on the NP44 Sedan is spacious, well-lit, and finished with perforated aluminum panels for a clean look. Wiring and plumbing are neatly organized. The room is well-insulated with 2" foam/rubber/lead to reduce sound and vibration. Rubber is also installed on the aluminum floor grid to isolate noise from the salon. Access is through two hinged salon floor hatches, and with 4.5' of headroom, many can stand partially while moving around. There is ample space around the engine and generator for easy access. The boat also comes with a standard oil change system for the engine, transmission, and generator.

Floor Structure:

All floors in the North Pacific 44´ Sedan are held up by an interlocking aluminum floor grid. Unlike wood, this will never sag or swell over time, and it adds strength and rigidity to the vessel.
