THIS MUCH LOVED AND ENJOYED 2002 RIVIERA 37 PLATINUM IS NOW ON THE MARKET AS THE GROWING FAMILY IS LOOKING TO UPSIZE!!!
With a plethora of receipts for works done during current ownership, including to but not limited, a full saltwater service (heat exchangers and after coolers) just completed end of April this year to both engines and gen set, have no doubt this is a TURN KEY vessel and ready for the new family to enjoy!
As you walk on board the vessel, you will notice the huge cockpit, designed for fishing and entertaining also comes with an inbuilt chest fridge/freezer and cockpit sink. The sink also opens up for access to the immaculately presented engine room, with cameras (including the cockpit) that are controlled at the helm station. There is natural teak flooring to the cockpit and swim platform, storage cabinets in the transom, the bulwarks and beneath the cockpit floor, and a large lazarette storage locker, and live bait tank as well. Teak steps provide easy access to the side decks to enable you to use the factory fitted outriggers and also access the Davit system and tender both located at the bow.
The salon has an open/airy feel and is well ventilated and well-lit with windows all around. A large L-shaped lounge is to port, that converts to a double bed for extra guests, with another smaller L-shaped settee and dining table and TV opposite and to the fwd starboard side.
The well laid out, tucked away and easily accessible step-down galley port side and fwd of the large lounge area, comes with an L-shaped moulded bench top, with plenty of cabinet/shelf storage and a very large storage compartment beneath the galley floor. A two-burner electric cooktop, Sharp convection microwave and Tundra refrigerator/freezer are also positioned cleverely at arms length.
As you step down past the galley, you will find fwd, the master which has a pedestal berth with storage beneath, a very large hanging closet, a flat panel TV, and an opening overhead hatch. The guest bedroom to starboard side has over/under single bunks (with reading lights) and is attractively designed. There is an opening hatch overhead as well. The fibreglass moulded head, to the port side and opposite the guest bedroom is roomy, well lit and ventilated with separate large shower with glass door, Vacuflush toilet and basin with vanity mirror and ample storage.
The flybridge with hardtop roof is fully enclosed with clears all around and comes with new twin pedestal helm seats, and forward of the helm seat were reupholstered to suit the helm seat, as well as another fridge/freezer to keep your drinks cool.
