Hull Construction: Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) solid laminate (monolithic). The hull is hand-laid fiberglass.

Framing: A built-in Internal Grid Unit (IGU) is bonded and laminated to the hull at intervals. Its structural role is to absorb the stresses at pressure points (keel, rudder etc. ) and it spreads any loads reducing the strain on the hull. Plywood bulkheads rest in liner recesses and are bonded to the upper hull with fiberglass tabbing. Semi-bulkheads are attached with a structural adhesive.

Deck & Superstructure: Composite fiberglass using balsa core w/ a molded non-skid surface.

Hull to Deck Joint: The deck is chemically bonded and mechanically fastened between an internally flanged hull and a teak toe rail.
