REMARKS:
Ruella 11 has been under the current ownership for the past ten years by a former Ship's Master 1 and the maintenance and presentation reflect that.

I have had discussions with Bob Fisher (Marine Engineer) of Paynesville, who has carried out all the engine room maintenance for the past ten years. Receipts are available. He has been instructed to maintain this engine regardless of cost.

The naturally aspirated 5.9 litre Perkins 6354 is the correct size and type of engine for this vessel. Simple in its design, honest in its horsepower and without high RPMs. Plenty of horses left in reserve if you need to push into some weather or current.

This is one of only two Stuart 47's that have had an island berth fitted into the aft cabin.
Ruella 11 has completed numerous cruises during the past ten years. 1000 litres of fuel in two tanks gives a motoring range of circa 900 nm (depending on how you drive it).

How many sailing vessels can you go to sea in with a fully enclosed, and self-draining wheelhouse. Shut the doors and keep the weather out. Those that are familiar with the Stuart 47 can attest to their sailing ability.

With wide walk around side decks, high bulwarks and solid stainless handrails, this is a very sensible and safe way to go to sea.

Ruella 11 is fitted in teak to a professional standard with all recent leather upholstery and all LED lighting.
It is being sold as walk-on, walk-off condition. Ruella 11 will also be sold with a recent out-of-water, Barry Colsen marine survey.
